The A+ Bee, Issue Two: It’s the Cat’s Meow

HEY NERDS!

Issue two is here! Download the PDF, print it out, and hold it in your actual hands like we live in a weirdo commune and Grace, resident paperboi, dropped it off of your doorstep in the night. Don’t forget to post pictures of yourself reading in the Bee out in the world on Instagram using the hashtag #aplusbeephoto! We will be publishing the winners in the next Bee.

Thank you all for reading! We read all your feedback and love and comments with joy in our hearts and we are working hard to make this thing something you guys love more and more every time.

Also you can look forward to the next edition of the Autostraddle Insider on Monday.

Without further ado, here it is! Get cozy, kumquats.

    • she loves exploring different animal identities, she hopes we eventually become the a+ octopus or the a+ shark, ps i’m expensing all my animal costumes from now on

  1. I was feeling spontaneous, so I just wrote you a postcard Chelsey. Hope you it doesn’t get lost in the mail or something, because it has poetry on it okay!

  2. Abby: ALI! WHY ARE OUR CATS NOT IN THE CAT BEE? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

    Ali: BECAUSE WE WERE MOVING.

Also that feature image makes me want cake, thanks guys.

  3. “* Helen did not provide her cat’s name, so I assumed”

Pausing a moment to appreciate the brilliant hilarity of that!

  4. This Bee has set the bar; I’m really hoping that there will be a minimum of twelve cats in all future issues.

  5. Thank you for the horoscopes. I’m a Taurus and a teacher of young children. My main focus in teaching is kindness. And tonight I needed the reminder to be kind to myself. My wife checked herself in for some psychiatric help last night. Today she is doing better. They think it was a change in her meds. So tonight I am grateful that she is alive, grateful for all of the kindness that our family and friends have shown, and grateful to Autostraddle for all of the articles on mental health issues and general support. Thank you.

Also my wife is a Virgo and it’s true, I like her (and love her) just the way she is, even if she gets sads sometimes.

  6. Cant believe you guys totes get my horoscope. I leave a little bit of myself whenever i meet my ‘students’!!!!! Its the knowledge im imparting on them. Lol
