Perler beads are the easiest way to make pixellated art all over the place. The aesthetic of tiny, not particularly detailed patterns look almost exactly like the early days of Super Mario Bros. or The Legend of Zelda.

With some plastic beads, a plastic pegboard, some parchment or wax paper and an iron, you can relive your childhood or create replacement memories with which to erase it.
