As someone who is a true Sara Ramirez follower; hey after all she was my very first woman crush, and Callie Torres and Sara thru her advocacy helped me come out to myself and friends and family. I am very excited for Sara on this show, even though I just began watching Season 4 to have a “little” background, I am going to be smitten and swooning every Sunday now for Kat Sandoval I can tell already.
