      • Indeed, and the best part is that it’s the official height of good manners – just ask Miss Manners! – to write a thank you note that gushes over what you got with the money, that you were so excited to be able to get and wouldn’t have gotten on your own and gosh golly gee thanks ever so much auntie and uncle! :)
