Happy Sunday buttercups! I’m all taped up in KT tape and I spent last week running and never got shin splints! Not even once! I have no clue how this tape works, but by golly does it work well! I feel alive! Also, I have been working on a puzzle with my housemate, and it has 1,000 pieces, and I’m convinced we’ll never finish, but I definitely stayed up until 2 AM more than once working on it!
