Rachel’s Team Pick: What The F*ck Should I Make For Dinner

Okay, I guess it’s possible that you won’t respond to What The Fuck Should I Make For Dinner in the exact same way I did, which was OHMIGOD THIS SOLVES EVERY PROBLEM IN MY LIFE. But even if you don’t, come on, this is useful! What the f*ck are you going to eat tonight? I bet you don’t f*cking know. How about some f*cking fried flounder with lemon sauce? Oh, you’re a f*cking vegetarian? That’s just f*cking great, eat some f*cking fresh tomato pizza. There. Went ahead and took care of that for you. Have a nice f*cking day.

  1. Bookmarked it. That is awesome. I fucking had a hamburger on the grill for dinner. Obviously I’m not a fucking vegetarian.

  2. If you love mangoes and chicken, then I think you should flippin well make mango chicken for your dinner, its pretty healthy yet tastes f*cking awesome! Would you like the recipe?

      • Oooh malaysian style – swapsies with the recipes? Here’s mine –

        2 Chicken Breasts
200ml of Half Fat Creme Fraiche
30ml or 2 tbsps Mango Chutney
30ml or 2 tbsps Worcestershire Sauce

So easy, just pop all the ingredients in a jug which I find easier than a bowl, stir them all up.
Put the (raw) chicken in an ovenproof dish and pour the sauce all over them and bung it in the oven – 180c/350f or Gas mark 4 for about 30/40 mins, basically until the chicken is cooked.

Ta-daa thats all there is to it!
You can serve with veg, but I prefer mine with rice & peas, but do tend to make a bit more of the sauce, so you can mix all in.
Warning-it’s one of those dishes that looks kinda ‘hmmm, that looks like….!’ but trust me it tastes sublime!!
        Hope you enjoy it!

  3. this is brilliant because in my “about me” on tumblr i say “i spend a lot of time thinking about what i should eat for lunch” and i also mean dinner. you’re a winner, rachel.

  4. *looks in fridge* some red-pepper hummus, 5 tortillas and a case of Bud Select.
*looks in cupboard* a lonely box of elbow noodles.

Um, i’m not sure this will work you guys.

    Cool site though, Rachel :)

  5. At first I was all like “OHMIGOD THIS SOLVES EVERY PROBLEM IN MY LIFE” like you and then I remembered school loans and my friend’s drug addiction. Still trying to figure out how to solve these with the site, but in the mean time ready to cook some f*cking eggplant-zucchini parmesan and ignore everything else! Mmmmmmmmmm! Thanks Rachel!

  6. gf and i take hours deciding on dinner and dear god its grocery shopping day, put me out of my misery, so yes i would love to make some fucking spiced basmati rice with peanuts!

  7. Hey!

Would love for you to check out our new site. http://www.debbieschoice.com. It’s a random restaurant generator that solves indecision. There are a bunch of easter eggs and it links from our rant at becauseyelpsucks.com. More info below. Thanks for your time!

    Best, Debbie & Harold ;)

Debbie’s Choice is an idea borne of frustration. We got tired of agonizing over Yelp.com, sifting through countless results and refining searches and reading strangers’ reviews and generally becoming aggravated and annoyed. Choosing a restaurant sucked on these massive “review” sites. It was painful. It made the simple, stupid act of going to get some food at a restaurant more complicated than it needed to be. It was no fun. So we decided to randomize the whole anxiety-inducing process. Seemed about as helpful as anything else online.
