Welcome Alyssa! I love the style of your drawings! <3

Just a heads-up that the boxes of text are pretty hard to read on my monitor – and I have good eyesight – I think it's a combination of the font and the color?

^^^ same! I loved the style (especially the disembodied body parts!) but it was pretty hard to read.

I didn t get the sense of those cut off bodyparts. And honestly I don t fancy them unless they were to contribute something to the story. (do they?)
        Apart from that: nice work!

They do and will more and more so as it continues on, but I very much appreciate the feedback and actually, for an introduction I think I agree with you on the confusion as to whether or not they translate as being necessary. I’ll be thinking of better ways to visually weave them into the storytelling in a more comprehensible way.

Thanks so much for checking it out! Stay tuned!

I am looking forward to reading more!
My reluctance re:cut off body parts might stem in parts from last week, where I am glad I saw colorful pieces instead of what it really was…

It shows up really well on my phone (maybe it is a phone vs monitor thing?) – and I love it! Can’t wait to read more.

I also love the style! The colors are awesome. Could they be longer though? :) I’m always intrigues by body issues and feelings.

Hey thanks so much! That’s definitely the goal of the series. As it continues on, it’ll aim to touch upon topics regarding my experiences navigating queer and disabled identities (especially being involved in the arts and living in NYC – neither of which is inherently accessible). I want to be sure to let the story kind of unfold rather than give the every detail of “the what” regarding my body – but it will absolutely unfold and I really love this feedback. It’s so nice to have folks respond so positively to the goals!

      Cheers! xo.
