It’s just that now with the internet, it’s faster and more visible and anonymous. Furthermore, she says, “women who do not fit certain molds or step outside the bounds of what is considered acceptable female behavior get torn down. I wrote my college entrance essay on the Olympic committee finally allowing trans athletes to compete. That was 6 years ago, and it seems like the sports community still has so much further to go in terms of equality.

No one should take twilight seriously. I mean they sparkle, SPARKLE in the sun. Either you die in the sun (True Blood) or you have some magic thing to protect you (Vampire Diaries). Period And they they are “vegetarians”. I was like wtf?

Hell yeah it is! I know this kid who seriously thought that the Twilight Series was only for Mormons. He was completely shocked when he found out everyone else read it too.
I thought the movie was bad. Acting, story, scenery, special effects everything. UGH! I didn;t pay enough attention to get any hidden messages or agenda. I have been contemplating watching it again and making an effort to stay engaged, to find the hype but idk

And while I do watch gay men, I wouldn;t want to have sex with one. I don;t see the appeal of that at all. Whether it is good or bad, its a man. As a straight woman I don;t see the intrigue. I would sooner have sex with a woman. I;ts different, its ‘taboo’, its provacative. But sex with a gay man and your straight sounds like nothing but a disaster to me.
I agree! (Stereotypically) gay men are not super fuckable to me, even to the extent that I find men attractive. But I did spend some time working at a queer erotica publisher who put out a lot of vampire stuff, and I can tell you that there are a ton of straight women out there who are really into this. (Or just gay male sex in general.) Like, most of the people writing m/m stuff are straight women, even. I don’t know what that’s about! Someone should write an article on it.
