Some of us maybe have been a a straight Karen.
If I do I am not aware. I’ve never tried to take my straight friends to a gay bar though.
Really? My mission in life is to take my straight friends and co-workers to gay bars.
Like, we might be going out for dinner and drinks or sth., and suddenly, it’s two in the morning and five of my colleagues find themselves holding a gin tonic in a tiny bar covered in pink plush in its entirety, gently swaying along to Donna Summers.

My sister has a coworker who is a young lesbian and everytime she sees me she’s like “isn’t it funny how she did (xyz thing)? So Gay” and I think she thinks it’s a bonding thing for us, like I think she thinks that this means I know she GETS IT
But really it makes me feel like she is watching this coworker like she might a zoo animal
