I RELATE TO THIS ON EVERY LEVEL. When I try to do yoga I feel like one of those tv robots from the 1950s who is made of cardboard boxes.
Same. My college coach used to make our team go to yoga a couple times a week and I feel like 90% of the class was the instructor going “okay and we’re reaching toward the ceiling – not quite like that Katy – and deep breath in – hold on Katy, I’m coming to help.”
