Renea works at a nonprofit serving LGBT youth experiencing homelessness. She studied journalism and interned in public radio, where she learned that news reporters can't be unapologetically leftist and gay. Renea grew up in South Korea where she learned to appreciate public transportation, street food, & anti-imperialist resistance. She currently lives in Arkansas with her girlfriend, who has a cute cat and an even cuter southern drawl.
