About Me	Hey! I’m Olga, I’m 17, and I’ll be moving back up to my native New England for college in June/July 2013. I’m an: actress, geek, baby aerialist/acrobat, literature nerd, feminist, Superwholock fangirl, pinup, and music lover. And lesbian. Did I forget to mention that? ;) I’m in a long-distance relationship with a really sweet girl (fulfilling every teenager lesbian stereotype circa ’95), and I’m sort of a political nerd who considers Drift by Rachel Maddow as veritable ‘word porn’, and helped found her high school’s GSA last year. What I Like

Favorite Books	All the Harry Potter! All of it! Batwoman comics, Gotham City Sirens, Pygmalion (the original playscript of My Fair Lady pretty much, except at the end she tells ‘Enry to pick up his own damn slippers because she’s going to go marry someone who makes her happy instead of fighting all the time), The Feminine Mystique (even if I don’t like Betty Friedan), Drift: The Unmooring of American Military Power, The Bell Jar, Jane Eyre, The Little Princess, a bunch of Grimm fairytales, and basically lots of well-written novels I’ve read (like Ellen Hopkins’ writing! yes!)…
Favorite Queer Books	I need queer book recommendations! Lots of them! I appreciate Autostraddle’s articles, but gimme your personal recommendations! Batwoman totally counts, right. RIGHT. (Does Wicked and the fourth Wicked novel count? Because Elphaba and Glinda totally slept together, and Elphie’s granddaughter Rain has this thing with a boy who it turns out is a long-lost princess in disguise using a different gender, and they were totally in love anyways. That should definitely count as a queer/potentially-metaphorical-for-transwomen book. Yes.)
Favorite Movies	V for Vendetta, The Gymnast, The Dark Knight/Dark Knight Rises (ambivalent towards Batman Begins), The Matrix, Sabrina, My Fair Lady, Into the Woods, A Chorus Line, Annie (the version with Carol Burnett that’s on Netflix), (pretty much every Audrey Hepburn movie ever), all Ghibli/Miyazaki movies ever, Loving Annabelle (so many tears), Milk, Boys Don’t Cry, But I’m a Cheerleader (Four words: DANTE BOSCO AND RUPAUL), Nightmare Before Christmas, some lesbian flick on netflick featuring a really gorgeous WOC in the circus and a catholic professor with a really hot french accent she seduces that I can’t remember the name of, a lot of Disney movies I’m still attached to, Finding Nemo for Ellen as Dory, Happy Feet, Black Swan, and so many movies, gosh.
Favorite Documentaries	I want to say The Real L Word but I won’t because I haven’t seen it.

Favorite Thing on Autostraddle.com	How I keep playing a guessing game at which Autostraddle founder is friends with Brittany Craig from Hampshire admissions since she told me during my interview that she knew one of you because I told her I found my first choice/dream school thanks to Autostraddle. WHO IS IT? Oh. And NSFW Sundays are fun. Also: Words With Girls. Your cute interns. Glee recaps that basically sum up all my feelings about Glee at the moment (aka: unless Brittany/Santana is in an episode, not worth it). Also seriously considering watching Pretty Little Liars because of Autostraddle.
