Happy Sunday, babes! Did you get to be with people you loved this week? I did not, but that’s fine! I was with my cats and I managed to change my sheets and that’s all I did, but I’m not gonna hate myself any more than I already do, so I’m gonna say the week was fine. I have made it past 30 consecutive days of crying! Did you know you can cry for 30 days! It’s really less of a “when will I ever experience happiness again” feeling now, and more of a “could I turn this into a performance project/book/dissertation???” Being in grad school really ruins your mind! But at least I’m thinking ahead. If you cried for 30 days, what would you do to monetize it?

While you think of that, here’s the news:

+ Billy Dee Williams, veteran of stage and screen came out as gender fluid. At 82!

What haven’t diminished at age 82 are his style, his confidence, and his effortless charm. In a simple tan button-up, with his hair slicked back, Williams continues his analysis of cool: “And you see I say ‘himself’ and ‘herself,’ because I also see myself as feminine as well as masculine. I’m a very soft person. I’m not afraid to show that side of myself.”

As a result of Zina’s fight—which involved months of lobbying—the Moroccan Ministry of Tourism began issuing new tour guide licenses in 2018 to women for the first time in a decade.

“We wanted to get as many women to apply as we could, so I encouraged all the women in the office and from my network to apply and even helped them with their paperwork. We had five women pass the test,” Zina added, mentioning it’s a record number of female tour guides in the country. They have since grown to have 13 female leaders in their network.

We made it to December, and I’m so fucking proud! Go out there and take on the few days we have left in this precious decade. I can’t wait for 2020 because honestly, what a hell-decade! Just pure and utter “what the fuck?!” energy for ten whole years! But I am so grateful to you, and your readership and your friendship. Go love on yourself this week because you deserve it.
