This past winter, our scissor sweatshirts basically flew off the shelves with unprecedented speed. So, as summer rolls around, it’s only natural we recreate our imprint on some super soft tri-blend shirts. Now we can wear scissors on our chests all year ’round!
Unisex Tri-Blend Scissoring V-Neck
We tried something different and printed on v-neck shirts from Bella+Canvas. And we’re very happy about it. The shirts are softer than American Apparel and it just feels like I’m wearing an already worn-in shirt.
The “rust” color adds to that vintage-y feel. Basically, it’s a perfect summer shirt and the unisex fit will be comfortable for most!

Our “Tomboy Femme” shirts are also super popular. The fit is a big hit with a lot of our readers of a variety of gender presentations. You guys seemed to love them so much that we used the track tee for our scissoring shirts in a color called “tri-evergreen”, whatever that is.

What was it about the YDY hoodies that you liked? Was it the actual hoodie itself (Zip-up? Grey?) or was it the “You Do You” graphic imprint? Or that the imprint was on the back?
The best part was the You Do You graphic.
Secondly that it was a hoodie. Zip up/pullover, color, or front/back are all good

I’ve been wanting a scissoring sweater forever, but when I tried to order it a few weeks ago it came to CAD$75 with shipping soooooooooo looks like I’m expanding my wardrobe.
I think I have 7 tshirts from Autostraddle, plus a hoody and 3 pairs of Straddle boxers. I…umm…obviously need more.
I was trying to decide which colour to get and then I realized I obviously need them both!

So want… but… my waist is 2 (3?) sizes smaller than my bust! This is why I usually wear dresses. But! I need all y’all to realize I’m a lady-kisser! Can we get a more femmey (lower cut or tank) version of these? Alternatively, I can just suck it up and/or tailor it. Which I’m probably going to do, because I <3 this design. Also, thoughts on the feasibility of using the YDY pins as earrings?
Hmm my girlfriend’s waist is also like half the size of her bust, and she looks amazing in the track tee! Just sayin. Good news for you though: we’ll soon be printing a crop top I believe, so hang tight! The “femmey” shirt is on the way!

AHHHH DELIGHTFUL!! But for some reason the Autostraddle store just won’t load in my browser? Anybody else have that problem? All I get is a gray screen (soothing, but does not allow me to throw money at you).
I’ll fiddle with my settings to see if I can get this to sort itself out (I’m using Firefox), but I figured I’d let y’all know.
How true do these run to size? I am pretty well endowed in the chest, and I don’t tend to buy things I can’t try on first…
