Hello and welcome to this thing we’re doing where we help you figure out what you’re gonna put in your mouth this week. Some of these are recipes we’ve tried, some of these are recipes we’re looking forward to trying, all of them are fucking delicious. Tell us what you want to put in your piehole or suggest your own recipes, and we’ll talk about which things we made, which things we loved, and which things have changed us irreversibly as people. Last week, we ate a bunch of sandwiches.
I love spicy food. I’m that person who looks for the “spicy” leaf symbol on the takeout menu, adds hot red pepper to her pizza slices, and once ate so many jalapeños she almost passed out. Which brings us here! Grab a glass of water and stay a while; it’s gonna be a wild ride.
Before you go!

Oy, these all look great! What to make first…?
Fuck Ya!!!!! I love spicy food! I literally put sriracha on everything. I’m so excited to try some of these out.
Ooh, I love spicy stuff! The salmon and slaw looks so good. (But reach for milk (not skim) – the fat content makes it better for washing away the capscaicin found in hot peppers!)
oh my goD, oh mY GOD
Fun note about a decade ago I drake a bottle of extra hot Tabasco sauce as a bet. Nothing happened to me, and I won the bet. For me what most consider spicy, I find to be mild. Everything here looks great and plan to make some of the recipes this week with some ghost peppers. Thank you!
