Hello and welcome to this thing we’re doing where we help you figure out what you’re gonna put in your mouth this week. Some of these are recipes we’ve tried, some of these are recipes we’re looking forward to trying, all of them are fucking delicious. Tell us what you want to put in your piehole or suggest your own recipes, and we’ll talk about which things we made, which things we loved, and which things have changed us irreversibly as people. Last week we piqued your interest in pecans.Â

I love olives. Green. Black. Kalamata. Big olives. Little olives. Stuffed olives. With pits and without. From a can. From a man. With a fox. In a box. Here and there. I would eat them anywhere.

I just got into bed and clicked on Autostraddle and now ALL I CAN THINK ABOUT IS EATING ALL THESE DELICIOUS OLIVE RECIPES.
They look so damn good.
Well, sweet dreams, then! I hope you dream of eating your way through an olive buffet with the celesbian dreamboat of your choice.
You need to stop making these articles where all i can do for the rest of the morning is try to decide which one or two to make (don’t ever stop!) ♡
What are you leaning towards? I hope it’s the foccacia bread because that looks amazing.
Olives are the perfect food so this is the perfect roundup.
(I had an ex who hated my hyperbole. I told her I was literally the most ashamed I made her feel that way. :D)
This is literally the most perfect comment I have ever read in my whole entire life.
I’m the nope octopus right now. Olives and I are arch rivals.
They are not for everyone and that is ok. Olive you, just the same.
I just happen to have a bunch of olives in the house. The only problem now is which thing to make first, so many delicious things!!!
What a lovely problem to have!
Oh man, unfortunate timing! I’m sure all of these recipes are delicious, but somehow seeing a bunch of pictures of olives first thing in the morning is just…not…good…
Come back later. Though, it should be noted that olive oil and olive brine are both excellent hangover cures.
Lol, noted! (How did you know I was hungover…)
I would tell you, but then I’d have to kill you…
Hope you feel better soon, though! HYDRATE.
Hehe it was only a three-beer hangover. Gone by ten! Now I can check out the recipes!
I am gonna make so many of these even though my partner hates olives. More for me, muwhaha!
It’s their loss, really. AND YOUR GAIN!
I have a completely unscientific theory that most couples consist of an olive lover and an olive hater. I am a hater.
My fave olive thing is those little balls of like, cheese bread wrapped around an olive and baked. They’re the best appetizer, also pretty easy to make.
Cheese. Bread. Olives. Sounds delicious to me!
One time I realized that putting kalamata olive brine in mashed potatoes was way better than plain old salt and after that I never threw away olive brine again.
Thank you for these delicious recipes.
That is such a good idea! I’m going to try that!
What a fantastic idea!
Olives and white chocolate?? That sounds so weird but also delicious.
RIGHT?! Like, ewwwwwwwwwwwwellmaybethatwouldbecoolatually.

They are oblong. They are salty. And I like them. These are some facts about olives.
