Sorry for the delay in getting this Gabby Rivera episode your way, A+ lovelies! After I got out of bed with Gabby in New York, I flew out to San Francisco and then drove for one million hours (approx) with Jenny on the last leg of her tour. It was fun! But! I FORGOT TO POST THIS EPISODE THAT I ADORE!

This was the very first *traveling* episode of Getting In Bed with Kristin, and Gabby Rivera’s bed was all that I’d hoped and more. Yea, I said it. We dug into body image, summertime feelings, America Chavez, and even our own friendship during our time together. I hope you enjoy!!

Hello! My name is Kristin Russo and I am a writer, speaker, educator and consultant with a focus on LGBTQ issues. I co-direct Autostraddle’s A-Camp, I co-founded Everyone Is Gay & My Kid Is Gay and authored This is a Book for Parents of Gay Kids (Chronicle, 2014). I also worked as host and producer of First Person, a video series on gender and sexuality from PBS Digital and WNET & have a Master’s in Gender Studies from the CUNY Graduate Center. Last but certainly not least, I co-host & produce of Buffering the Vampire Slayer alongside musician Jenny Owen Youngs, which was named one of Time’s Top 50 Podcasts of 2018 and selected as one of Esquire’s Top 10 Podcasts of 2018!
