May Day, also known as International Workers’ Day, has long been about standing up and fighting. This year, unions and organizations came together across the country to push back on Trump’s immigration policies and showed how labor rights and immigrant rights intersect. This is what one march looked like in LA — with the TransLatino Coalition in the front.
