Hello and welcome to this thing we’re doing where we help you figure out what you’re gonna put in your mouth this week. Some of these are recipes we’ve tried, some of these are recipes we’re looking forward to trying, all of them are fucking delicious. Tell us what you want to put in your piehole or suggest your own recipes, and we’ll talk about which things we made, which things we loved, and which things have changed us irreversibly as people. Last week, we ate some pomegranates.
I’m a total coffee person. I rely on the stuff to get me through each day, and I love it greatly in return. But sometimes, drinking coffee out of your favorite mug just isn’t enough. Sometimes, you wanna bake coffee flavor into something absolutely delicious and indulge in it in a whole different way. And thus, these recipes! Which, by the way, I am 100% sure taste great with a cuppa.

I just did galette des rois for 14 people this weekend and MAN it took me the afternoon to make the custard, almond cream, assemble everything, etc. I’m done baking for like a month now.
I’m totally trying the panacotta though

ALL OF THESE. I haven’t clicked into them yet but as someone who loves coffee and coffee flavoured things I’d like to recommend using instant-espresso-powder to flavour baked goods. It works SO WELL.
